Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Architect/Lead Consultant with expertise in the Absence Management and Time Tracking modules. The consultant will support a global Workday rollout by leading requirements gathering, solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning across multiple countries.

    Location: Remote (Must work MST/PST hours)

    Duration: 4–6 Months (Extension Possible)

Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead business requirements workshops for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
    Design scalable Workday solutions that support global HR and payroll processes.
    Define configuration strategy and provide functional guidance to implementation teams.
    Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-design activities.
    Recommend Workday best practices for global implementations.


Requirements

    • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
    • Experience leading Workday implementations and global rollouts.
    • Strong functional design and solution architecture experience.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Nice to Have

    Experience with the Workday Payroll module.
