Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
In support of today’s increasing global markets and product regulatory requirements, GEV has a centralized tool for access to technical standards (the Standards Library). This role will be responsible for supporting all GEV businesses in streamlined and cost effective access to technical standards, spearheading library tool enhancements, addressing technical business concerns, and generating tool analytics for continuous improvement.
- Define and fulfill all library tool administration needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows to optimize procurement processes.
- Develop, fulfill and document data analysis and KPIs for decision making purposes
- Monitor library data and trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Configure user interfacing front end of library tool for optimal access to standards.
- Strategic Contract Management: Diligently manage supplier contracts to uphold GEV’s sourcing standards and organizational alignment
- Drive the timely execution of regulatory standards with a proactive, urgent approach to mitigate compliance risk and customer impact.
- Manage the full procure-to-pay process, including usage analysis, stakeholder engagement, PO lifecycle management, and invoice resolution.
- Proactively maintain shared workspaces (SharePoint, Box) to provide a single source of truth for the team, demonstrating consistent rigor in information updates.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor Degree
Excellent computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access database), web applications and e-business
Demonstrated Change agent working with cross functional teams
Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills including the ability to influence and energize.
English (99% of communication will be in written and spoken English)
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables), Smartsheet, DocuSign and web applications and e-business (Power BI, Jagger, CCL, Sievo)
Excellent customer service

International management experience, including supply chain, product stewardship, customs and import/export laws and regulations
Working knowledge of global regulatory compliance organizations and trends, including policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations and third party guidelines.
Ability to understand and interpret technical standards
Program Lead or project management experience
