🎯 Main Responsibilities

Engine Shop Visit Management
Define work scopes, manage invoices, and control costs during engine shop visits. -
OEM Support Contract Analysis
Review and assess support programmes (FHA, FMP, MCPH), balancing lessor, operator, and OEM positions. -
Maintenance Reserve Forecasting & Claims
Forecast engine costs, manage reserve balances, and handle reserve claim reviews per lease terms. -
Lease Transition & Compliance Support
Ensure compliance with lease return conditions and support technical handovers during transitions.
✅ Main Requirements
-
Experience:
5+ years in engine management (airline / OEM / MRO) -
Technical Expertise:
Practical knowledge of GE, CFMI, RR, or PW engines -
Lease Understanding:
Familiarity with lease structures and how they impact engine programmes and reserves -
Analytical Strength:
Able to interpret technical data, manage reports, and make value-driven recommendations
