Personal Care Assistant Client Support

Sharp Home Care is looking for caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants and Caregivers to provide non medical, one on one support to seniors and adults in their homes. Current opportunities are available throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Pay

$17.60 to $18.50 per hour

Pay is based on the client assignment and scheduled shift.

Shift Availability

We currently have client assignments with 4 hour, 6 hour, and 8 hour shifts. Available hours depend on client care requirements, location, and caregiver availability.

Part time, supplemental, and potential full time schedules may be available as additional client cases are opened.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and positive social interaction
• Support clients with meal preparation and routine household tasks
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Follow individualized care and service plans
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Communicate client needs and updates with families and the Sharp Home Care team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, Companion Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, or in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or another healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and committed to quality client care
