- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data strategies with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in building and optimizing extract, transform, and load processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and implementation strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues to maintain data accuracy and availability.
- Skilled in collaborating with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated data solutions.
