The Assistant Guest Services Manager supports the overall operation of the Front Office to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role assists in supervising the Guest Services team, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining service standards in alignment with brand and company expectations.

Supervision Exercised: Guest Service Agents
Supervision Received: Guest Services Manager
Hours - 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or front office preferred.
- Previous hotel experience required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist in supervising daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out and overall guest flow.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to Guest Service Agents to maintain service quality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management for front-of-house team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety/security procedures.
