Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain and optimize facility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water supply, wastewater treatment, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Coordinate facility maintenance activities and support uninterrupted production operations.
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvement and cost reduction.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and contribute to sustainability objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality Management, and IATF requirements.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, technical documentation, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in facility improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Support annual maintenance planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Identify facility-related risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and environmental programs.
• Provide technical support, reports, and recommendations to management regarding facility operations and performance.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Facility Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Utilities Management, or a manufacturing environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.

Your preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of facility utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, and water systems.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong MS Office skills.
