How you make a difference: As the Meeting and Event Coordinator you are a champion for continuing professional education and drive the coordination, planning, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of accredited meetings and events for Cook Children’s Health Care System. You are skilled at collaborating with internal and external customers to produce innovative, quality events that support Cook Children’s Promise. You focus on positive customer relations, demonstrate sound fiscal judgment and exemplary critical-thinking and decision-making abilities to produce well-organized and cost-effective programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in meeting and event coordination.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Position requires an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, highly organized, strong project management and computer skills.
