  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive steering committees with critical service providers.

  • Partner with Procurement and Legal to negotiate software, hardware, telecom, SaaS, cloud, and managed services agreements.

  • Drive contract standardization, renewal planning, risk mitigation, and vendor rationalization initiatives.

  • Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, and business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality and innovation.

  • Develop escalation and remediation plans for underperforming vendors.

  • Ensure vendor alignment with Wellverse security, architecture, compliance, and operational standards.

Technology Asset Management

  • Lead enterprise-wide hardware, software and technology asset management programs.

  • Establish governance and standards for asset acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, recovery, and disposition.

  • Develop lifecycle strategies for end-user devices, peripherals, mobile solutions, infrastructure assets, and software portfolios.

  • Ensure accurate asset inventories and enterprise visibility across all technology assets.

  • Drive software license compliance and optimization programs.

  • Lead processes supporting software asset management, software audit readiness, and licensing compliance.

  • Identify opportunities for license consolidation, contract optimization, and cost avoidance.

  • Oversee asset-related metrics, reporting, analytics, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.

  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate controls throughout the asset lifecycle.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Own technology asset and vendor-related operating budgets.

  • Develop financial models supporting investment planning, renewals, vendor consolidation, and cost optimization.

  • Drive annual budgeting and strategic planning initiatives for vendor and asset portfolios.

  • Establish performance metrics and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Deliver measurable improvements in vendor performance, asset utilization, compliance, and total cost of ownership.

  • Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Wellverse objectives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Implement governance processes supporting technology procurement, contract management, and asset lifecycle controls.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.

  • Identify vendor, contractual, operational, financial, and technology risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Support internal and external audits related to technology assets and supplier agreements.

  • Establish controls that ensure accurate reporting, asset accountability, and contractual compliance.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for vendor management, software asset management, hardware asset management, and operational governance.

  • Develop organizational capabilities and best practices that support Wellverse's future-state operating model.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer service, and operational excellence.

  • Coach and mentor managers and individual contributors while supporting succession planning and leadership development.

  • Create strong partnerships across Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and Business Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success driving cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Experience operating within regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or highly complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications
