About the Role
As a Principal Director, you will help shape the future of procurement by partnering with senior executives to solve complex business challenges and unlock new sources of value.
You will be responsible for:
Executive Client Leadership
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to CPOs, CFOs, COOs and business leaders
•    Shape procurement transformation agendas and investment strategies
•    Lead board-level and executive stakeholder discussions
•    Build long-term relationships across strategic client accounts
Growth & Market Leadership
•    Originate and convert new consulting opportunities
•    Lead large and complex procurement transformation pursuits
•    Develop market-leading propositions and thought leadership
•    Grow strategic client relationships across priority industries

Transformation Leadership
•    Lead enterprise-scale procurement and sourcing transformations
•    Drive procurement operating model redesign and organisational change
•    Sponsor multidisciplinary delivery teams across strategy, consulting, technology and operations
•    Deliver measurable outcomes including spend optimisation, supplier performance and business value realisation
Practice Leadership
•    Help define the growth strategy of the Procurement practice
•    Coach and mentor senior leaders and emerging talent
•    Support recruitment, capability development and succession planning
•    Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive culture

What We're Looking For
Experience
•    20+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain or consulting experience
•    Proven success leading large-scale procurement transformation programs
•    Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite stakeholders
•    Demonstrated business development and sales origination capability
•    Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across large organisations
•    Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape and close strategic opportunities
Industry Experience
Deep experience within one or more of the following sectors:
•    Financial Services
•    Enterprise Technology
•    Professional Services
•    Telecommunications
•    Healthcare & Life Sciences
