Base salary will be in the range $85,451 - $94,983 + 17% super (HEW Level 5)

As a Student and Academic Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, responsive administrative services while acting as a trusted point of contact for students and staff. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is motivated by creating positive experiences through accurate, efficient and student-centred service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver timely, accurate advice and support to students and staff in line with University policies, procedures and legislation
Process a broad range of requests, draft and complete documentation for students and graduates pursuing international certification and residency opportunities.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and currency of information published across University systems, websites, and official materials, including study guides, faculty webpages, and student-facing resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing processes, maintaining data accuracy and supporting system and workflow enhancements
About You
An undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly develop knowledge in student and academic administration processes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and manage competing demands
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in written and administrative work
Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and take initiative
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across broader organisational units
Experience working in a tertiary education or large, complex organisation, and familiarity with systems such as SI-net or CRM platforms will be highly regarded
