Description
We’re looking for an Office Services Assistant to work in the Milan office on Monday – Friday (full time).
You will:
- Provide a high standard of client suite concierge/reception service for the Milan office, to make internal and external guests welcome
- Directors’ administrative support: travel arrangements and expenses; diary management including organising internal and external meetings and managing any logistics that may be required
- Authorise guest access to the office, according to protocols in place
- Accept deliveries and notify appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Manage meeting room requests, ensure space is utilised effectively and the needs of our internal clients are met
- Book couriers and taxis in a timely manner ensuring details provided are accurate and assigned to the correct cost centre
- Assisting other team members when required and providing cover for holiday and other absence
What you'll need
- High School Degree
- Fluency in Italian and English, any other European languages useful but not essential
- Microsoft Office Skills essential
- 2-3 years of hotel reception or professional services experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible approach to meet business need
- Proactive and diplomatic in dealing with day-to-day problems with a positive and constructive attitude to customer service
- Able to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels and under pressure
- Strong team player coupled with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between EUR 30,000/year – EUR 32,000/year gross. Bonus opportunity linked to key performance indicators ranging from EUR 1,000/year – EUR 2,000/year gross. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Employment terms and benefits are governed in accordance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).
