Summary:
In the role of Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves engaging deeply with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge and guidance. This includes understanding project requirements, facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered effectively. The role demands active participation in discussions, problem-solving, and aligning project goals with client expectations, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet industry standards and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Familiarity with integration points between transportation management and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
