About the Role
The Business Impact Office (BIO) supports Tied Distribution by driving initiatives that improve agent productivity, business activity, and growth outcomes through lead generation, Life in Group (LIG), and worksite marketing programmes.The BIO Analyst supports the execution of BIO initiatives through data management, reporting, programme coordination, stakeholder support, and operational administration to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives.
1. Data Management & Reporting
- Perform regular data uploads and maintenance for assigned programmes, eg. NASA, workwell leads
- Extract, consolidate, and validate data from approved systems to support BIO programmes (e.g. lead generation, LIG, worksite initiatives).
- Prepare and update recurring reports, dashboards, and trackers to support program monitoring and management updates.
- Ensure data accuracy, version control, and timely distribution of reports.
- Prepare management reports, presentation materials, and programme updates for internal stakeholders
2. Programme Administration & Operational Support
- Support administrative, budgeting, planning, and execution activities for programmes and events, ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to allocated budgets.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation and risk assessments are in place when dealing with external vendors and customers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support programme implementation, data clarification, and issue resolution.
3. Events & Engagement Support
- Support the planning and execution of BIO events, campaigns, and engagement activities, including coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
- Support special projects and initiatives aligned with the Company’s strategic priorities, including digitalisation, customer-centricity, lead generation, and business growth
4. Helpdesk Support
- Manage programme enquiries through the BIO helpdesk and inbox, including logging, tracking, responding to routine enquiries, and escalating complex issues when required
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in operations, reporting, business support, administration, programme coordination, or data-related roles.
Experience in the insurance, financial services, or sales support environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong follow-up discipline and sense of accountability.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
