Description

Build the growth engine behind our next stage of global scale. Growth isn't driven by channels. It's created by bringing strategy, creativity, technology and execution together around one goal: generating predictable, scalable revenue.

We're looking for a Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing to define and lead the global demand generation strategy for one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS businesses in the market.

This is an opportunity to build a truly integrated global revenue marketing organization—connecting demand generation, ABM, digital, web, lifecycle, events, partner marketing and growth strategy into one high-performing team with a single commercial mission.

You'll define the global Revenue Marketing strategy, creating integrated programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline and deliver measurable commercial impact across every region and customer segment.

You'll own the strategy. Build the capability. Lead exceptional people. And create the global growth engine that powers our next chapter.

If you're excited by ambitious targets, big challenges and building something genuinely world-class, this role may be for you!

Your remit will span:

  • Defining the global demand generation strategy, delivering predictable pipeline growth across enterprise, mid-market, commercial and SMB audiences.
  • Building a world-class Account-Based Marketing capability that creates meaningful engagement with our highest-value customers and prospects.
  • Owning our global growth strategy, continually identifying new opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, conversion and revenue.
  • Defining the strategy for our digital ecosystem, including website experience, conversion optimization, SEO, AEO and emerging AI-driven discovery.
  • Leading global social and digital execution, ensuring every channel contributes to measurable business outcomes.
  • Partnering to create integrated global campaigns that connect brand, product, customer insight and commercial priorities into compelling market programs.
  • Building sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs that improve engagement, nurture demand, accelerate buying decisions and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Leading our global events strategy across flagship conferences, field marketing, virtual experiences and executive engagement.
  • Developing partner marketing programs that strengthen strategic alliances and create incremental pipeline opportunities worldwide.
  • Embedding experimentation into everything we do—continually testing, learning, optimizing and scaling what works.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Brand & Communications and Marketing Operations to create a seamless global go-to-market engine.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation or Growth Marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in leadership role
  • Experience designing and leading global marketing organizations across multiple regions and customer segments.
  • Deep expertise across demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, web strategy, SEO, AEO, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing and integrated campaign planning.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth and commercial impact at scale.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future sponsorship \

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Experience building sophisticated growth strategies that combine data, creativity, technology and experimentation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align marketing investment directly to business outcomes.
  • Experience leading global event strategies that strengthen customer relationships, accelerate pipeline and elevate brand presence.
  • A passion for building exceptional teams and creating environments where talented people thrive.
  • Practical experience applying AI to improve marketing performance, productivity and customer engagement—while recognizing that the best marketing still begins with human insight, creativity and judgement.
  • High levels of accountability, resilience and ownership, with a bias towards action and delivering results.

Why join us?

This is a career-defining opportunity. You'll define our global revenue marketing strategy. Build an exceptional international team. Create integrated programs that drive growth in every region. Influence executive decisions. Partner with world-class Sales and Product leaders. Experiment with new ideas, new technologies and new ways of reaching customers.

  • You'll have the autonomy to build.
  • The trust to lead.
  • And the ambition to create something exceptional.
  • A marketing organization that's commercially obsessed.
  • Globally connected.
  • Relentlessly curious.
  • AI-enabled.
  • Human-led.
  • And recognized as one of the very best growth engines in enterprise SaaS.

How we work:

  • See it, own it, drive it forward: We notice what needs to change, take personal responsibility, and move with purpose. You will lead with a bias for action and see things through.
  • Win as one team: Financial crime is complex and global, and no function solves it alone. You will build trust and shared goals across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
