Overview
This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting PepsiCo Beverages Canada business team.
The Volume Reporting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between field support, internal systems (PowerApp, SPA), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization.
The Coordinator plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, KPI’s and developing analyst’s skills, while partnering cross-functionally with COE, Stakeholders, DMO, and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate Masterfile reports and PopTickets.
- Follow up on daily reports.
- Identify and resolve data issues including: o Missing/incorrect ticket requestso Data-related discrepancies
- Ensure the team performs at a high level, consistently delivering quality results and achieving key objectives on time.
- Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
- Ensure timely processing of setup requests through SPA inbox.
- Support correct onboarding of new distributors in PepsiCo databases. Ensure proper configuration of account hierarchies and master data
- Maintain and update distributor store lists as needed.
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Ensure data flowing correctly into reporting tools like Power BI and Power Apps.
- Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and FTRs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts to ensure high-quality execution and performance
- Set clear priorities, allocate workload, and monitor team productivity
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Act as escalation point for complex issues and stakeholder concerns
Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
- Good data skills and ability to work through large data sets.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Good time management skills.
