Description

The Tech Enablement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all Clients sales tools (including AI tools) operate smoothly and tools are properly adopted and utilized across the sales floor. They will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with existing infrastructure, sourcing improvements from sellers, scoping solutions and measuring adoption. They will be interacting on a regular basis with tool support teams and answering tickets from sellers in a timely manner. 

They will also be the subject matter expert on any sales training for tools (with occasional delivery of training if necessary) and responsible for surfacing any knowledge gaps or training needs to the regional L&D team. They should keep all tool guides, FAQs, and documentation updated to ensure expertise is scaled. They are the primary point of contact to ensure all sellers have the proper integrations set up during and post onboarding. 
 

Roles & responsibilities  

Ensure proper set up of tools during and post-onboarding 

  • Ensure all reps have the proper integrations set up before onboarding training ends

  • Ensure all reps are assigned to correct Pods in SFDC and Lusha after reassignments

  • Add seller team into the SFDC Assignment Rules and Calendly events

  • Run monthly audits on all tools to see if reps have their setup correct (e.g. calendar getting disconnected from Gong, calls not being recorded etc)

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that tools are updated after team changes (onboarding / offboarding / promotions), OOO periods or account transition processes that happen in-quarter

Troubleshoot tool issues 

  • Meet all ticket SLAs and expectations 

  • Provide first point of troubleshooting for all sales productivity tools (Calendly, Lusha, Ring Central, Gong, Salesforce and AI sales tools)

  • If unable to come to a resolution, escalate to internal tools access team with clear context and steps already taken to troubleshoot

  • Escalate to PINS regional program manager and/or tool CSM, if internal tools access team does not have a resolution

  • Communicate resolution 

Maintain documentation 

  • Update tool guides, how-tos, FAQs and any other materials as needed

  • Ensure sellers know where and how to find information to scale support

Drive tool adoption and usage

  • Be the subject matter expert on any sales training for tools including AI tools (with occasional delivery of training if necessary) to maximize understanding and adoption across the floor

  • Examine current tools, processes and programs used by sales to identify areas of improvement, estimate impact and partner with key stakeholders to define a should-be process.

  • Analyze common themes in troubleshooting to avoid recurring similar issues and raise coaching opportunities to sales managers if necessary 

  • Surface any learnings and best practices to regional program manager

Skill set
•    Solid communication skills as they will be responsible for providing clear and actionable next steps on resolving tool issues to sellers 
•    Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Medallia and Calendly (or similar tools). Experience with integrating AI into daily workflows and operating rhythms in alignment with company objectives.
•    AI-native mindset and proficiency in effective prompting to maximize the utility of AI tools and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
•    Experience in project management, breaking down complex problems and scope innovative solutions
•    Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities
•    English level: This person should be able to operate using tools in English, attend training sessions in English, read and understand ad tech / product updates and releases, respond to communications (email, Slack, Google Docs, etc.) in English.
