Job Description
Provide advisory services and deliver Global Markets products to Chinese and China-related clients within approved frameworks, including market risk limits, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage relationships with Chinese corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth clients to drive portfolio growth, increase wallet share, and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal Business Units (BUs), to expand the customer base and generate cross-sell opportunities.
Partner with Global Markets strategists and product structuring teams to develop simplified marketing materials and suitable investment or hedging solutions tailored to clients.
Ensure delivery of a high-quality client experience while meeting suitability and compliance requirements for the customers.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or other related field
Minimum 5-8 years with relevant working experience
Relevant experience in retail investment advisory & sales is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, including foreign exchange, fixed income, structured products, investments, and hedging solutions.
Strong results orientation with a self-driven and proactive mindset to achieve business targets.
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Marketing and Selling negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
Good command of English and computer literacy
