As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity, teamwork, and care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
