Research Executive (Brand Guidance)

Manila, Philippines

The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors and Senior Managers across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact to our client’s businesses. A Research Executive supports the BU's goals by delighting clients with great work, developing the team capabilities and ensuring efficient delivery. As a key interface between the organisation and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management, and coaching juniors on tasks specific to the accounts. 

Role Description

  • Support the design and execution of quantitative market research studies, including questionnaire development, sampling, and fieldwork management. 
  • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research outputs. 
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends, patterns, and business implications. 
  • Prepare data tables, charts, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Assist in developing meaningful insights and recommendations that address clients' business objectives. 
  • Build an understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market challenges to provide relevant support and analysis. 
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, timelines, and key milestones. 
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, workshops, and discussions. 
  • Collaborate with team members across local and regional offices on research initiatives and account requirements. 
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, research methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of research processes, tools, and ways of working. 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field. 
  • Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and survey-based research. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for understanding consumer and market behavior. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story from data. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
