This role will add capacity and expertise to develop and implement consistent, scalable and effective HR processes, policies and standards across the Group. The position will also help strengthen leadership support, improve collaboration between Group, regional and local HR teams, and accelerate the responsible use of digital and AI-enabled solutions in HR.

As a Group HR Advisor, you will play an important role in our team’s mission of supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of global HR processes, policies and standards. You will contribute to strengthening leadership support and driving HR projects.
Working closely with HR colleagues across Group, Regions and local companies, you will help ensure efficient, compliant and scalable HR services that support Jotun's continued growth. The position reports to Group HR Director in Jotun and workplace is at the Head office in Sandefjord
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute activities related to leadership and organizational support and development.
- Enhance leadership tools to support effective application of management in practical settings.
- Manage, coordinate, and follow up on HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, analyses, and communication materials for HR leadership and global stakeholders.
- Provide professional guidance and operational support to HR colleagues across the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
- Operational hands-on HR Experience is essential.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience from Strategic HR, working in a cross-cultural and international environment is preferable.
- Experience from several different topics of HR is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools will be considered an advantage.
