Manual Software Tester

Responsibilities

As a Manual Software Tester, you will:

· Perform manual testing of modern web applications.

· Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.

· Validate new features and verify bug fixes before production releases.

· Report, track, and verify defects using Jira.

· Perform API testing using Postman.

· Maintain documentation for QAs.

· Collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, UX designers, and other QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Participate in backlog refinement, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

· Contribute to improving the overall quality assurance process and testing standards.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.

· Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.

· Ability to create clear, structured, and maintainable test cases and test scenarios.

· Good knowledge of SQL, including writing queries for data validation.

· Experience working with Jira or similar issue tracking tools.

· Good understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.

· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

· Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or others) to support your work as a QA.

· Basic knowledge about CI/CD processes.

· Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions.

· English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
