Experience Change Management: You support the Change & Transformation Team in advising and supporting the HR Business Partners and business units Study field: You are currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, (Business) Education, (Business) Consulting or similar field of study Experience: You have already gained initial experience in the field of human resources, personnel and/or organizational development or in a management consultancy, and have some experience in the preparation and moderation of workshops is considered as a plus Way of working: You have organizational talent, willingness to learn and a high degree of independence and communication skills Skills: You are proficient in the use of MS Office Availability: You are available for at least 5 months at 35 hours per week Language skills: You have an excellent command of German and English skills, both written and spoken Human Resources acts as strategic partner to the business and drives Infineon's organizational growth.
