This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality visual content is delivered on time and meets client expectations. You will lead a team of editors and coordinate closely with various departments to optimize workflow and enhance productivityRoles & responsibilities:Project Planning & Scheduling: Manage real estate photo editing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and efficient workload distribution. Full Process Monitoring: Oversee the workflow from project allocation to final delivery, ensuring efficient execution of editing and quality control.Team Management: Lead and support a team of editors, focusing on productivity and quality output. Quality Control: Collaborate with the QC team to maintain high editing standards and implement improvements. Complicated Task Handling: Take ownership of complex editing tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.Extensive Experience: Utilize deep knowledge of photo editing techniques and trends to guide the team and meet client expectations.Task Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between editing, QC, and delivery departments.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, maintain schedules, and adjust as needed to prevent delays.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges, including team performance and technical issues. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and team performance metrics to management.Budget Management: Complete projects within budget, tracking resources and time effectively.Budget Management: Complete projects within budget, tracking resources and time effectively.Education:Graduate in any field.Completion of a recognized Photoshop or graphic design certification course is advantageousBasic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom. including understanding of core features and tools. Must be able to work independently with little directionAdobe Certified Associate (ACA) in PhotoshopAny coursework or certifications related to photo editing or real estate marketingExperience Requirements:Proven Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in project management and photo editing, specifically within the real estate industry.Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team, ensuring productivity and quality output in a fast-paced environment.Project Coordination: Track record of successfully managing multiple real estate photo editing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing visuals.
