Treatment Care Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Orlando, FL.
A Dental Treatment Coordinator is an integral part of the successful operations of a dental practice. The Dental Treatment Coordinator assists patients in completing their recommended dental treatment needs and discusses the patient's current dental conditions using everyday language. Responsibilities include educating the patient on the possible courses of action for treatment prescribed by the dentist and explaining the fees for the services with available payment options. As well as filling the Doctors schedule with production, having excellent attention to detail, and having a great understanding of dental insurance, and accounts receivable.

Additional requirements for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years dental experience
- Ability to sell treatment and overcome objections
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all patients
- Experience working with Open Dental software preferred
- Assisting patients in a non-clinical related matters
- Collecting proper insurance information and required documents for efficient claims submission
- Leadership qualities
- Self starter, takes initiative
Fluent in Spanish is helpful but not required

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Friday: flexible admin hours available
