The truck driver is the face of RB Browns Trucking. This individual duties will include communicating with our customers to record their requirements in a professional and cost-effective manner, planning and adjusting routes, as well as increase our profitability and customer satisfaction scheduling to deliver or collect shipments, and packages.. The Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. Responsibilities:* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits* Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.* Follow routes and time schedule.* Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.* Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.* Keep information confidential.* Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.* Scan documents and print files, when needed. Requirements:* Pick up delivery from the place and at the time they’ve requested.* Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.* Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.* Attention to detail* High school diploma.* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.* Confidentiality.
