WHO WE ARE 

Invitation Project is committed to development of creative approaches to motivate, train, encourage, and support users to share the Christian gospel. 

THE PROJECT 

We are building a subscription-based coaching platform for relational evangelism. Designed to inspire and equip ordinary Christians to connect with and pray for up to five non-Christians in their sphere of influence, helping them discover Jesus. Everything we create is grounded in Scripture, shaped by grace, and built to honor the journey of every person our users reach. 

THE POSITION 

We are seeking a compelling communicator and people-person to serve as the face and voice of Invitation Project. As our Brand Ambassador, your primary focus is meeting people where they are and inviting them into the mission with Invitation Project as the tool in their hands. One builds trust quickly, network relationally, and communicate vision with warmth and conviction. This role also includes an on-camera presence, representing Invitation Project in video content and recorded sessions. The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader team.   

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Vision Communicating & Public Presence 

• Serve as the face and voice of Invitation Project to the public 

• Communicate the vision for relational evangelism in public settings (events, gatherings, and community spaces) 

• Connect compellingly with diverse audiences (individuals, small groups, and communities of faith) 

• Build a visible, credible public presence that draws people toward the platform 

User Growth & Individual Engagement 

• Actively recruit individuals to sign up and engage with the app 

• Grow the user base through relational networking and personal connection across a variety of channels (community events, churches, organizations, and online spaces) 

• Follow up with interested individuals and guide them toward becoming active users 

• Model the relational approach the app is built on — be an Invitation Ambassador in practice 

On-Camera Presence 

• Appear on camera as a recognizable face associated with Invitation Project 

• Participate in video content, webinars, and recorded sessions for potential and current users 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Must be a dedicated Christian and willing to sign a statement of faith 

• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure, non-compete agreement.  

• Self-motivated and able to work independently 

• Strong public speaker: comfortable in front of individuals and groups 

• On-camera confidence 

• Able to adapt communication style to different audiences 

• Experience in sales, outreach, evangelism, or community engagement 

• Comfortable with follow-up and guiding people through a decision process 

• Valid driver's license / ability to travel locally and potentially beyond
