Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Responsible for determining the appropriate talent acquisition strategy and end to end recruitment execution including conducing interview assessment and compensation proposal
Drive the performance appraisal process and compensation review and strategy by coaching business managers throughout the process
Work with business managers to effectively manage and grow talent pipeline including manpower planning, competency development, career planning etc
Advise to business managers on policies, grievance and discipline management & exit process
Being the key HR champion in managing our internship programme and connection with universities
Manage ad hoc HR requests in China and connect with our PRC counterpart, FESCO for compensation and benefits administration when needed
Involve in ad hoc HR projects and data analysis reporting
Requirements
At least 4 years relevant experience in a generalist or shared services HR function
Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Finance related
Familiar with PRC labour ordinance administration preferred
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in Excel
Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and must be a good team player, willing to roll up the sleeves to get the job done
Strong client service philosophy
Excellent command of English - written and verbal, as well as Putonghua
A proactive self-starter, with the ability to meet deadlines
HR system skills an advantage
