What You'll Do
- Separate salable items from non-salable items according to specific department policy and procedure.
- Process salable items and prepare them for shipment to stores in accordance with specific department policy and procedures.
- Supervise the donation sorters in the assigned area.
- Be sure that productivity standards are being adhered to.
- Assist with the training and instruction of new and existing donation processors.
- Maintain communication with the Processing Manager about processing problems, Jubilee policies, and events.
- Report unsatisfactory workers and relationship issues to the Processing Manager. If the Processing Manager is not on duty and immediate attention is required, report to the Processing Director.
- Be part of staff meetings and team building.
The Details
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Hours: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm, Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $17.00/hour
