Job Title: Azure DevOps EngineerLocation: Krakow, PolandJob Type: Contract- Hybrid-3 Days Onsite Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as an Devops engineer across infrastructure and application improvementsWorking with both technical and non-technical colleagues and responsible for ensuring business SLI/SLO’s are met and are ever improvingMonitor and manage HSBC Azure foundation platform to enable application deploymentsBe a recognised and trusted partner for business application owners and other technology teams who seek to make use of Cloud based infrastructureHighlight areas of improvement within our infrastructure design and see these changes through to production with assistance from our feature delivery teamConduct root cause analysis for underlying issues and incidents that affect systems performance and availability, identifying and resolving errors to minimize re-occurrence.Input and make recommendations for improvement of our monitoring and incident response.Engineering activities to implement patches provided centrally. Required Skills:Required - Experience of building a range of Services in AzureRequired - Experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practise – coding, tooling and techniquesRequired – Experience in dealing with multiple support groups that contribute to a serviceRequired - Experience and demonstrable accomplishments in selecting, designing and implementing automation and compliance frameworks that are applied to virtual compute resource deployments in the cloudStrongly advantageous - Industry recognised cloud certifications.
