Position Title: Project Engineer (M&E – Plumbing & Sanitary)
Working Location: Sungei Kadut
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage site operations and oversee a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
Coordinate tasks and communicate with clients and consultants.
Ensure construction progress is on track according to the project schedule.
Enforce quality control and safety management protocols.
Keep site staff and subcontractors updated on approved materials and the latest drawings.
Coordinate different trades working on-site to ensure smooth execution.
Any ad hoc duties assigned

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of residential and commercial building installation works.
Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
Familiarity with HDB projects is a plus.
Candidates without relevant qualifications must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
