Required Skill Set:

Accounting / Commerce background (mandatory)
Familiarity with US taxation concepts (preferred) – Forms such as 1040, W-2, 1099, etc.
Candidates with CPA internship experience or exposure to tax return preparation will be highly preferred
Basic understanding of tax calculations and reconciliation
Strong attention to detail for QA and validation tasks

Note: Candidates without US tax experience but with strong accounting fundamentals can be trained.

Target Candidate Profiles:

P0: CPA interns/candidates preparing for the CPA
P1: Candidates with experience in tax return preparation/tax review/return editing

Key Responsibilities:

Perform QA checks on datasets prepared by CPAs
Validate:
- Data completeness and document presence
- Tax calculations and reconciliation
- Consistency across forms and supporting documents
Ensure datasets meet client and IRS compliance standards
Format and finalize datasets for delivery
