Senior SAP Functional Specialist (Successfactors)
We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of our SAP landscape (HCM focus). This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

System Support: Manage module enhancements, upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.

Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops, define functional specs, and lead UAT.

Documentation: Maintain configuration workbooks, process flows, and test scripts.
Key Requirements

Education: Degree in HR, IS, or Business (SAP Certification preferred).

Experience: 5+ years as an SAP Functional Consultant or Analyst.

Technical: Diverse knowledge within SAP Successfactors submodules, data structures, and project management.

Legal: South African citizenship, clear MIE/Credit record, and valid driver’s license.
