Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators.
Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
- Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.
- Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.
- Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.
- Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis.
- Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
- Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards
- Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.
- Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.
- Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.
What Do We Expect From You:
Fluent English
Bachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or Economics.
• Economic and/or administrative studies.5 years in the accounting and/or finance position.
3 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)
Excell and ERP Systems experience
