Purpose of the role
Your responsibilities
Provide PMO support across key Airport Programmes
Maintain integrated programme plans, including: milestones and critical paths, dependencies and interlocks, risks and issue tracking
Support coordination across programmes and OpCos
Support key programme governance forums (Programme Board, SteerCo)
Ensure consistent application of PMO standards and controls
Drive improvements in governance structure and effectiveness
Develop high-quality, insight-driven reporting for Airports Leadership Team (ALT) and Senior committees (SCO, OpCo MC)
Translate programme data into clear, concise, executive-level outputs
Monitor programme performance across the Airports portfolio
Track delivery against milestones, benefits, and savings targets
Provide transparency on programme health and delivery risk
Develop and enhance PMO frameworks, templates, and toolkits
Standardise reporting, planning, and governance approaches
Partner with programme leads, procurement teams, and OpCos
Support alignment between central governance and local delivery
Improved visibility and control of programme delivery
Consistent, high-quality senior reporting
Strengthened governance discipline across programmes
Enhanced tracking of savings and value delivery
Reduced delivery risk through effective coordination
Your skills, experience and qualifications
Strong PMO / project management capability
Excellent analytical and insight-generation skills
Ability to produce executive-ready reports and presentations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational discipline
Experience in PMO, programme delivery, or project analyst roles
Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience supporting senior governance forums
Procurement or transformation experience (desirable)
Degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
