We’re seeking a Manager of Product Deployment to lead the execution of insurance product rollouts and rate revisions across our Specialty Lines portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of pricing, product strategy, and technology, ensuring that complex product changes are implemented accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

This individual will lead a team responsible for bringing new products and pricing changes to market, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality deployments that meet business, regulatory, and customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to help stand up and scale growing product lines while driving meaningful impact on performance and speed to market.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product Rollout & Deployment

  • Own end-to-end execution of new product launches and pricing changes
  • Translate business requirements into system-ready implementations
  • Drive delivery across multiple states, products, and timelines

Ensure Quality & Accuracy

  • Establish and oversee rigorous validation and testing processes
  • Confirm deployed changes behave as expected in production (e.g., rate impacts, eligibility, tiering)
  • Lead issue resolution when discrepancies arise between requirements and system outputs

Manage Rate Revisions & Updates

  • Oversee a pipeline of product updates, enhancements, and corrections
  • Prioritize work across competing business needs and timelines
  • Coordinate patching, updates, and iterative improvements post-launch

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Pricing, Product, and Technology teams
  • Lead kickoff meetings, align on requirements, and ensure clear communication throughout execution
  • Act as the central point of accountability for deployment readiness and delivery

Support Regulatory & Filing Execution

  • Ensure alignment between deployed changes and filed materials
  • Support teams in preparing documentation related to pricing and product changes
  • Partner with regulatory teams to enable smooth state-level approvals and launches

Build & Scale the Function

  • Develop standardized processes for deployment, validation, and rollout
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Help define team structure, workflows, and best practices as the function grows

People Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts responsible for product deployment
  • Coach team members on technical execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
  • Balance team workload across multiple concurrent rollout and revision efforts
  • Foster a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–8+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related analytical/technical field

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage highly technical processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity

Technical Background

  • Familiarity with data-driven environments (e.g., SQL, data validation workflows, analytics tools)
  • Understanding of insurance pricing concepts (rates, factors, filings)
  • Experience working with technology or product implementation teams (preferred)

Leadership Traits

  • Execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Collaborative, with the ability to influence without direct authority
