BDC Administrator (Customer Service Representative)

What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with sales inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to drive showroom traffic.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Provide top-notch customer service while meeting performance goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Previous experience in a BDC/Call Center, or customer service role (Automotive experience, a Plus).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $16.90 to $20.00. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities based on Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. The annual estimated earnings with bonuses are $50,000 - $90,000.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
