Medical Director / Senior Medical Director (Dermatology)

Premier Research is looking for a Medical Director / Senior Medical Director (Dermatology) to join our Medical Affairs team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing comprehensive medical and safety monitoring for assigned projects.

• Developing expert clinical development strategies, including protocol design and regulatory submissions.

• Offering strategic medical and scientific guidance to project teams across all departments.

• Supporting business development by providing expert input on RFPs, attending client meetings, and leveraging client relationships.

• Reviewing and providing feedback on medical and scientific documents, including those from our medical writing department.

• Mentoring, training, and providing therapeutic guidance to our staff to ensure operational efficiency.

What We Are Searching For:

• Medical degree plus board certification in Dermatology required.

• Expert-level knowledge in Dermatology and clinical development preferred. 

• Previous experience of working in a CRO environment is a plus but not essential.  

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for the Senior role is $200,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
