Overview
The UK Change Manager is responsible for deploying the global change roadmap locally, ensuring it is adapted to the UK context, stakeholders, and operational realities. Key responsibilities include rolling out the UK change roadmap aligned with the global ERP programme, leading local scoping activities, activating UK sponsorship, driving adoption measurement and reporting, building and animating the UK Key Users/Super Users network, coordinating operational readiness, and managing Go-Live and hypercare phases. The role requires a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, proven change management experience within ERP or large-scale transformation programmes, and strong command of change management methodologies. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with 2-3 days per week on-site requirement.
