Overview
As a Part-Time Member Ambassador at Orange Theory Fitness, you'll assist in running all front-of-house fitness studio operations. You'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales indicators including memberships, renewals, and retail sales, while maximizing workout traffic. Essential duties include greeting members, processing transactions, conducting studio previews, maintaining accurate records, and following up with prospects. The role requires excellent customer service skills, sales experience, organizational abilities, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Must have a passion for health and fitness and possess strong communication skills.
