Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist current and future residents with all leasing related tasks and act as the face of the community. You will maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset, help future residents find their perfect apartment, provide a positive experience to all residents, use strategic consultative selling skills, prioritize tour paths, ensure leases are complete and correct, and use marketing techniques and social media to promote the community. The role requires 1-2 years of on-site leasing experience, strong leasing and customer service background, experience working in a team setting, and competence with technology like Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software.
