System Design Engineer Intern – CBTC (Ref. No. R1012514)

at our location in Singapore
 

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

• Use analytics tools to analyse CBTC System performance
• Use simulation tools to simulate train runs (Gather data to verify the effectiveness of various operational patterns)
• Use of various tools to analyses and present simulated train runs performance data (Able to understand train performance based on the results.)
   

Technologies We Use (no experience required):

• Tools: MS Office, Windows, Linux
• Languages: Python (Pandas, Numpy)

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in an Engineering field
• Curious and willing to learn technical skills fast and on the fly
• Have strong communication skills to interface with Hitachi Rail personnel around the globe
• [Good To Have / Optional] Have had exposure to some of the technologies we use.
• Students who are able to commit to a minimum of 6 months full-time credit-bearing internships are preferred.
