The Role:

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional training and development
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
The pay for this position is $23/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
