Description
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the Martin Brower Quality Strategy deployment at the site, improving established procedures and delivering key metrics reflected by the company business objectives
- Lead the Quality agenda at the site, partnering and challenging the management team to establish priorities for the Distribution Center according to local needs and Quality Strategy
- Manage and harmonize multiple customer-specific quality requirements, ensuring compliance across diverse standards, and coordinate preparation and execution of multiple internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and certification audits
- Opportunity to directly supervise and develop a Quality Assurance Assistant, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure effective execution of quality programs
- Lead and support Martin Brower, Customers and, International Featured Standards implementation at the Distribution Center and drive appropriate Quality mindset and behavior
- Sustain an efficient Quality Management system, in compliance to International Featured Standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Customers and Martin Brower standards, including corrective actions, internal audits and quality training programs
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
