About the Role:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our ortho patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by making the financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations.
Responsibilities:
- ️Schedule appointments + manage the calendar
- Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way
- Help with insurance + financial arrangements
- Work closely with our orthodontists + team for top-tier care
- Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness
- Educate families about braces, aligners, and more
- Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma (bonus points for dental/healthcare studies!)
- 2+ years experience as a dental or ortho financial/treatment coordinator
- Strong knowledge of insurance + financial planning
- Availability to work on weekends
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Experience with dental terms + patient management software
- Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered 💗
