Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an MRI Technologist in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a 199-bed teaching hospital within the Lifepoint Health system
• Full-time outpatient MRI position
• Utilize advanced MRI technology in a collaborative imaging environment
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while supporting exceptional patient experiences
• Work with a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on community impact and career growth

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $51,376-$66,352 annually
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments

SCHEDULE
• Full-time position
• Outpatient imaging environment

ROLE
• Review patient histories and physician orders
• Educate patients regarding MRI procedures and equipment
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice when ordered
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes
• Prepare equipment and supplies for imaging procedures
• Select appropriate imaging parameters and positioning techniques
• Perform MRI procedures while ensuring optimal image quality
• Analyze imaging results and repeat studies when necessary for diagnostic quality
• Enter, transmit, and report imaging results accurately

Requirements

• ARRT MRI Registration OR ARMRIT Certification REQUIRED
• New Mexico MRI License REQUIRED or ability to obtain prior to start
• Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences REQUIRED
• BLS Certification REQUIRED upon hire
• Strong patient care and communication skills REQUIRED
