Overview
As a Recovery Coach at HealthRIGHT 360's Residential Step Down program, you'll assess client needs, provide individual coaching, and support clients navigating systems of care. Your responsibilities include maintaining program safety and security, conducting house runs, performing crisis intervention, and ensuring a supportive recovery environment. You'll assist clients with paperwork, coordinate transportation, conduct intakes and assessments, and work with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals in substance abuse recovery programs.
