Overview
As a Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. Your duties include maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ensuring a clean and professional appearance, maintaining a safe and clean environment, handling guest requests and complaints professionally, and frequently working on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests. This role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. We offer medical, vision, dental and life insurance eligibility within 90 days, paid time off after one year, participation in a shared tip pool, and food provided every shift.
