As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. Your responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing condition-specific support therapy, and coordinating patient care plans with facilities and physicians.
