• Attract: Identify & attract candidates within the healthcare industry for assigned job openings
• Consult: Align candidates goals with client opportunities, providing value-driven career consultations
• Close: Build trust, demonstrate value, and close deals through strategic phone sales
• Where: Work nationally from our office in Bend, OR - No travel required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous sales experience
• Previous phone sales experience preferred
• Bachelor in Business or related field
• Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Self-motivated and driven to excel
• Positive attitude, humility & hunger to grow
• Local to Central Oregon to ability to relocate
